Graded Products

Graded generally means one or more of a few things, normally one of these: Was part of an order that was rejected or sent back when brand new; slight cosmetic imperfections; box damage; not in original packaging etc. The graded items we sell all have a minimum of 12 months warranty, normally manufacturers, UNLESS otherwise stated in the listing.

All our graded items are BRAND NEW and have never been used, and are only graded due to some cosmetic issue, unless otherwise stated in the listing.

Each item on our site has an explanation as to its cosmetic condition i.e. it will mention any small dents, scratches or blemishes of some kind, many of which will not be noticeable once the appliance is installed!

If you wish to extend cover, there are specialist companies that can do this for you. For instance, Domestic and General at www.domgen.com. You can also get appliance cover on your household building and contents insurance – please check with your provider.

Delivery Information

Delivery of products is TO YOUR DOOR and is an ALL-DAY appointment. Items could be delivered anytime on the agreed date of delivery although we do try our best to give rough (traffic permitting) estimated times of arrival. All large deliveries will be booked via our carrier, so no product will be dispatched until you have confirmed a delivery address with us and have also given us contact details for your carrier to arrange the book-in. We use a national carrier for delivering these goods, they are properly packaged and palletised and this is a door to door service as drivers are not insured to bring the item into the house. As with all deliveries, please ensure you fully check your product for any damage immediately, ensure you do this before signing for the delivery and then notify us straight away. This is very rarely an issue but we would ask as our insurers terms and conditions state these requirements. If the packaging is at all damaged, simply make a note of this on the delivery note, it just helps with any issues, many thanks.

Collection Details

Items may be picked up from our local store or warehouse by appointment only and we may need up to 24 hours notice to arrange this.

Refunds

  • All refunds will be processed within 14 working days of cancellation. We endeavor to respond to complaints within five working days. We may change or withdraw any part of our website, or may refuse you access to the website at any time, if we consider it necessary.
