Q: Do you take the old appliance away?
A: No unfortunately we don't, however if you call your local council this can be arranged for a small fee, or simply leave it out for the scrap-man to collect.
Q: What does used mean?
A: Used means that the item has been previously installed and used in a home setting. We don’t get the history but the items have come directly from the manufacturer.
Q: What does graded mean?
A: Graded means that it is a brand new appliance directly from the manufacturer but may have tatty packaging or not the original packaging and may have cosmetic imperfections that will be listed in photo and text form on the website.
Q: What is the delivery charge?
A: We charge £29.99 to deliver orders to the vast majority of mainland England and South Wales. For Scotland we charge £75 and for Ireland it's £125. For smaller appliances, we may use the courier company FedEx.
Q: How long will delivery be?
A: Delivery depends on your postcode as we use our own drivers and are only in certain areas on certain days. Please call for an estimate. Certain items can be sent via FedEx and certain areas that we don’t deliver to we will use a 3rd party courier company for delivery so will need to get an estimate from them prior to arranging delivery.
Q: Can I come to the showroom?
A: You can come to the showroom however not all of our appliances are on display. We have 3 warehouses and stock is spread over all three so if there is a particular item you would like to view it is best to call first so that we can find out which warehouse it is in.
Q: What warranty will the appliance come with?
A: The warranty will depend on the appliance plus manufacturer, this information is also available on each product page.
Q: Can I change my mind once the item is delivered?
A: You can change your mind however you would need to arrange for the appliance to sent back to us yourself. Providing the appliance comes back to us in the same condition that it was sent out, we will refund you less a £50 re-stocking fee.
Q: Can you install?
A: No unfortunately not, we offer a delivery only service.
Q: Can I move my delivery date?
A: You can move your delivery date as long as we have at least 48 working hours notice as any less means the van has been loaded and the deliveries all scheduled.
Q: How long can an item be held for?
A: We can hold items for up to 4 weeks. Due to stock space we cannot usually hold for any longer than that.
Q: What is your returns policy?
